Tasty Change

I don’t know about you guys, but my love of food doesn’t always love me back. In other words, I have to watch my weight a tiny bit, but that doesn’t always taste good. I want a good tasting way of staying ‘healthy’ while it feels like I’m living like normally.

I decided to retry something I tried a long time ago. It tastes really good and the name even implies that it’s super cute for all the ‘get healthy’ girls. So now I’ve bought a couple of their products and over the next couple of weeks will I be following some of their guidelines and let you guys know what I think.

Cute health from Cute Nutrition.

Cute nutrition is a really popular label from the UK. The shipping is super fast and so far the looks of the products are as cute as the name, but this isn’t just about the name. No, we need to find out if this is worth the money.

Before I get into what’s in my box, why don’t I explain some of the other things you can get at Cute. First of all; meal replacement shakes in so many different flavors. The summer one is Lemon Ice Cream and sometimes during Christmas, it’s Gingerbread cookie. They got vegan shakes as well, which I know for a fact is something many appreciates around the world. Then they got Whey protein shakes for those who love to workout and recover some muscle tissue. Skinny coffee for all my coffee lovers and of course, one of my favorite things (because it sounds like something you shouldn’t be allowed to eat), Protein pancake mix with normal flavor and donut flavor. Guilt-free snack bars and skinny juice (the juice is really good) and teatox for a good detoxing. Then they got lots of natural vitamins for your hair, nails, and skin and of course to help with the weight. There are some cute workout clothes and equipment, shakers, and a mug, which I need to get myself in my next order. It’s so cute.

So now that we covered the things you can get from them, then what did I get? Well, first of all, meal replacement shakes that taste like salted caramel and a shaker (can’t find my old one). I got protein pancake mix with donut flavor (of course), and a skinny juice with tropical flavor.

I will be following the recommended idea of what to do, in the meaning of healthy meals and a light workout. I started the 14 days out today, which means that this test officially has started. I will not share my weight (too embraced about how much I have let go over these last couple of months) but I will inform every week, in my weekly post, if it worked.

Some might not think that it will show fast, but the moment you take charge of the food you eat and move around a bit more, it shows, so fast.

So for now, let me tell you my first experience with these three flavors:

  • The Salted Caramel shake tastes like salted caramel! And for the ones out there not drinking milk. I used almond milk in my shake today (out of normal milk) and it tasted amazing. I did feel full after drinking it and ready to go on my day.
  • The Tropical skinny juice kinda tastes like iced tea. It makes you forget that it’s a health product, which for me is even better (thanks to my sweet tooth) and helps when I’m hanging out (like today) with friends. They honestly think I’m just drinking iced tea.
  • The protein pancakes are both sweet and delicious. I normally don’t eat big meals before when I get to dinner, so the size is perfect for me.
  • The shaker is not just good to mix all the healthy things in, but because of the size, is it perfect as a water bottle throughout the day. I can easily drink the water I need to during the day, because it’s size makes me drink good amounts through the day and not just here and there.

It’s important to remember that you should never replace all meals and all food with products like these. They are only healthy and helpful if used right. And I wouldn’t like to see any of you beauties feeling unwell for not eating food too. stay safe and take care.
