Winter evening routine

As we continue with the cold weather, we also need our skin, body, and soul to feel good. What better way than to treat yourself with a winter evening routine?
After a long day of working and being outside in the cold weather, it’s important to take care of yourself and treat yourself.
For me it starts with a warm shower and on weekends a bath to wash off the stress of the day.
I make sure to moisturize my body and feet before putting on a comfy pj and fluffy socks.
After this, I need to treat my face, which means following my skincare routine.
First an oil-based cleanser, followed by a water-based cleanser, exfoliate, toner, essence, ampoule, serum, sheet mask, eye cream, and lastly moisturizer.
after treating myself on the outside, it’s time to treat myself on the inside with a nice relaxing cup of tea and a good book.
Sometimes it’s the small things and moments that makes everything worth it.
Remember to take some time out of your day to enjoy and relax and forget about everything else for at least a moment.
You are worth more than you think and have to remember to treat yourself like the queen you are everyday.
