The old is the New

Trends in the world of fashion changes every year, but have you ever thought about how many times it ends up going back to something that has been before?

I was glancing through the fashion bible when I realized something. We constantly return to old fashion trends and styles, just turning them a bit around to look new.

That was the moment a thought hit me, so from May, I will start a small ‘series’ focusing on different decades each week and taking the old fashion style through a small upgrade to give some ideas as to how you would dress that way in a more modern manner.

Fashion and style is a big part of the human mind. How we look to others has sadly taking a hold on all of us, which is why I think it’s about time we make it our own.

So from the 6th of April and 10 weeks forward, will we go from 1900 – 1990. We will go over the original fashion behind the years and how the modern woman (and even man) can take parts of the history and turn it into a personal unique style.

This also means that my posts will be much longer, since much more informations needs to be fitted in, but hopefully that will only make it better.

I’m looking very much forward to sharing this trip through time with you and seeing where it might take us.

I hope you will enjoy this mini series as much as me and stay safe. Kisses.
