Valentine’s Day For One

Valentine’s Day is the one day a year, you should always spoil the person you love the most…. You.

As the day of love slowly moves closer, will million of women and men prepare for the perfect evening. To me, as a single girl, that sounds like a lot of work for one night, but then again. Who doesn’t love a bit of luxury once in a while.

So here is the perfect to do list for singe girls for Valentines Day. So write down all the things you wanna do and make it happen.

First of all, make sure that you are completely relaxed. Today is a day to enjoy the small things you love, which makes you feel special, so fill up the tub with your favorite bath bomb or maybe bath salt and essence oils. Light some scented candles, make a tray of your favorite snack. Maybe even open a bottle of bubbles. Catch up on a show, or watch one of those movies you just can’t get enough of, while soaking in the warm relaxing water.

After the perfect relaxation, dry off, moisturize, and put on something cozy and comfortable. Now the ultimate relaxation starts.

Secondly, order your favorite meal from that one place you just love. This doesn’t have to be something fancy, since you don’t have anyone to impress, but just need to enjoy every moment. I will be completely honest and say that my “go to” order is from McDonalds. I don’t eat food from there very often, so when it’s time to enjoy the small things, I get McDonalds food.

Now that you are all clean, relaxed, comfortably dressed, and your food is on it’s way, it’s time to get your base ready. I personally build a giant blanket fort in the living room, since the big tv is in there, turn the table into a buffet, and find the perfect movie to watch while eating my well deserved dinner.

I personally never watch romance movies on Valentines Day since that would be like sitting alone in a restaurant, watching all the happy couples. I’m single and happy about it, but that doesn’t mean that it’s fun to watch others with a lover. So I watch action movies, or comedies, or sometimes even thriller/horror.
