Happy New Year

Another year has come and gone and it’s time to get the glam outfit on and party until 2021 is here… And beyond.

I’m sure that we all are ready for a new year to start (and hopefully not one where we are stuck inside). This year has been quite the challenge for many, but that won’t stop us from hoping 2021 will be better.

That’s why, tonight will be the night we go all out. It’s been hard on all of us this year and the facts that many of us can’t go anywhere or meet up with friends for New Years, makes it even harder. But don’t get pulled down by that. You don’t need an audience to convince you to dress up and feel good.

Find that awesome dress you know is a bit over the top, but totally fab (maybe the prom dress you didn’t get to wear) and some killer shoes to go with it. Do your hair and makeup like you’re going to be on the cover of Vogue and boost your confidence by slaying those Instagram poses. I will even come with a little boosting for you, if you tag me so I know.

If you’re sad, add lipstick and attack.

Now that you look like the queen you are, why not feast like a queen? So many of us deserve to be spoiled a bit this year, so why not on the last day of the year do that? A 3 – 6 coursed dinner at a beautifully set table with whoever we might be able to be with. If you are with family, work together on making dinner and setting the table.

Maybe you want a bit of a more free walking style, then delicious small finger foods work just as well, especially if you are able to be with many (or at least more than just mom and dad).

But there is one very important detail about this day that no matter what should never be pushed aside and turned cheap……. Champagne!

We live in a world where luxury is something that just feels special, but you are special, so don’t buy the cheap one because it’s there. Spoil yourself this one day with quality.

I only drink champagne on two occasions, when I am in love and then I am not.

I look forward to a lot of beautiful pictures of all of you glammed up. Don’t risk too much of your life on firework watching this year, stay semi-sober and, most importantly, stay safe. Kisses.
