Good Morning

With a new chapter, comes a new routine, so what about sharing the new way of getting the day started.
At 6 am the alarm goes off, but not with that pestering noise we all dread.
I found an app that has changed my mornings completely and I’m never going back to the old ways again.
The app, named morning, is simple to use and perfect for waking up with a good feeling.
You simply choose the the time of which you wish to be awoken, connect with one of your music apps, like Spotify, choose a song, and press done.
Now the app will be ready to awake you with a song you like + if you like a bit of white noise to fall asleep to, you can get a 30 minutes white noise sound played to fall asleep to.
As you can see in my pictures, I love the sound of rainfall when going to sleep.
I recommend this to everyone I know, especially the girls in my ballet class, who have found it just as wonderful as I.
After a good nights sleep, it’s up at 6 am, making my bed and getting into my workout clothes, which is pretty much just a leotard, a shirt, leg warmers, and the shoes.
I start out with some stretches, getting the muscles ready and warmed up, then I practice all my routines.
After an hours practice, a shower is needed, desperately.
After a well deserved shower and getting done in the bathroom, I get dressed and head for the kitchen for some filling breakfast.
Breakfast for my contain eggs, meat, some form of fiber (wild rice, oats, rye bread etc.) a glass of juice, a cup of tea, and some hot sauce.
Spicy food helps the metabolism get boosted and I do like a bit of spicy in my food, so I find that to be the perfect add to the morning.
While eating, you should keep from reading, checking your phone, walking, and so on, but let’s be real, no ones got enough hours in the day, to not focus on anything while eating breakfast.
The only thing I will say is “enjoy it”.
Your day is only just starting and this moment will be part in figuring out how the rest of the day will go, so make sure you take the time you need.
I like to take the time to finish up some homework or get up to date with everything going on in my friends lives. I also go over my daily schedule, making sure I don’t forget any plans for the day.
I hope my little updated morning routine can bring some joy for someone else.
