Welcome Spring

After months of cold weather and dark hours, we finally get ready to enjoy the beauty of spring, and what better way than with fashion.

As the spring collections are in full flare, letting us know what to wear, I can’t help but wonder, if some of the original designers would be turning in their graves from some of the looks.

Take mademoiselle Chanel, who believed with women didn’t have to show everything to be beautiful or noticed, but as I look through the ready-to-wear Chanel collection, I notice a rather odd look.

A handful of the models are wearing a skirt, which of course looks beautiful on them, but a visible “thong” is on display as part of the design, which I know is a returning trend from the early 2000s, but still not something I would ever connected with Chanel.

When I think Chanel, as I always have, I think class, simplicity, elegance, timeless, original.

Thank being said, I do notice a pattern in the use of more colored earthy tones and extremely bright for the spring, and even if I might not agree with this one design mistake, I still do believe that this spring will be a fashionable spring.

The look of spring is a loose look, which definitely is a perfectly flowingly fab look for the spring time.

I do notice Sacramento green and navy blue appearing multiple times, as well as neon pink and neon green coming out on display.

Truly a fashion spring to look forward to seeing, even if I don’t agree with what the Chanel team have created.

So put on your best outfit, walk like you rule the world, love yourself, and stay safe.
