I Smile

Even hen the world is going crazy and you feel like you have been lost in the darkness, what better way to get out than smile?
I feel like the world as we know it is going slower and a dark cloud is hanging over the most of us, but we deserve to be happy and smile.
I want to make a challenge for anyone that feels a bit down or need a bit of a push into a better everyday.
Day 1: Make a list of things you take for granted – I know this might not always be easy, but it does help.
Day 2: Make a list of people that help you with work/school and life – This is also a good way to figure out which of your friends really want to be your friend.
Day 3: Write down the things you own that money can’t buy – Yes, this can also be a person or people.
Day 4: Think of something you learned that turned out to be extremely helpful – Sometimes it’s the simplest of things that help you it the hardest times.
Day 5: Think of a difficult time and how you faced it – Sometimes looking back, shows you have much you have grown.
Day 6: Write a thank-you letter to the people that are your strongest supporter – Telling others how much they mean, might help them feeling happier too.
Day 7: Play the song/songs that cheers you up or empower you – Sometimes just dancing the darkness away is the best medicine in the world.
Day 8: Write down 3 of your recent achievements – When you decided to write it down, you realize just how much you do.
Day 9: Find the spot that brings you calmness – This can be through meditation or a physical spot.
Day 10: Write an appreciations letter to your past self – No matter where you are in life, it will always have been because of the choices your pest self made and because of their choice, you are an amazing and loved person.
Never forget just how amazing and beautiful you are both inside an out and stay safe.
