Raise a Glass

We all love a nice cold drink once in a while and during this spooky season, why not make a Halloween punch to enjoy with friends?

We are slowly getting closer to the 31st of October and that means meeting up with amazing friends, dressing up in whatever you want, and having a blast. But, we can also agree that a party without drinks is simply just a meeting, so let’s spice up this October with a delicious punch.

I like to have some ice in my punch just to keep it that tiny bit cool throughout the night, so here are two ways that I love to do it; Hands and eyes. For hands, simply just use powder-free vinyl gloves, pour water into them, tie them up and freeze them (at least 24 hours before use), or maybe do eyes. You will need an ice mold that is round. Put a blueberry in each one and fill with water (add white food coloring for more detail).

Now time for the punch itself. If you know you will be a lot of people, maybe double the recipe. It’s super tasty and very easy to make (even last minute).

  • 700 ml/24 ounces pineapple juice.
  • 700 ml/24 ounces cranberry juice.
  • 1 l/32 ounces ginger ale.
  • 700 ml/24 ounces vodka.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (optional).

All you have to do is find a bowl (cauldron) big enough and then mix everything in it. There is nothing that has to go first, but I prefer to finish with raspberries and ice. Now you got a delicious punch to share. I like to use Malibu rum sometimes instead of vodka, but that is more if you like it a bit more tropical.

Now I hope all of you are staying safe and using some time with your loved ones. There is a lot of things going on this year and I just want everyone to be okay. So please stay safe. Kisses.
