Perfectly Planned

Staying organized and in control of your every day is something that sounds great, but not everyone knows how to make it work, so why not give some tips that I use.
We love that picture-perfect look of style, heels, and complete control over our day. It’s an amazing feeling to have a base to follow, but you should also remember to leave space for spontaneous experiences. Even the smallest escape can become the most important.
Creating your perfect daily plan is like putting together the perfect outfit. Every little detail needs to be thought out. I have 3 things that always is planned to help me with the day; my workout schedule, cleaning schedule, and my school hours/homework schedule. To some, this might sound a little over planned, but because I know how long it takes for me to do all these things, is it also easier for me to make plans with friends, random trips to explore new places, spontaneous shopping trips to other cities.
So how to start the planning. first of all, you need to know how long the basic things take you. For me, my daily workout + shower takes 1½ hours, which is why I always start my day with that be now and the shower is always cold (not ice cold, just cold) to really wake p the system, if the workout didn’t do it good enough.
Since I study from home is most of the cleaning and school work rolled up together. I mean, laundry is something you easily can do while listening to what your teacher is explaining (if you feel comfy with multitasking). Some of my classes are pretaped, so I can walk around with my earplugs in, listening to my teacher, while vacuuming the house and washing the floors.
Creating a daily schedule is a great thing, but if you know how the week is planned out, then, by all means, make a weekly schedule. This is also a great way to remove stress from your life because you have everything under control. And to all my fellow students out there (who probably already know this, but still) will I share one great advice my mom (who used to be a teacher herself) always says when school starts; “Do the homework right away. the sooner you finish it, the less you have to think about it and the more time do you have to ask for help is needed.”
A good way to keep everything in order is by not having everything in one book/folder/journal. A calendar is for plans with family and friends, important work meetings, and grand events. A journal is for your daily life planning, like cleaning, workout, laundry, and personal thoughts. A school journal/folder is for scheduling out when which homework is due when you have which classes and teachers.
A good little reminder is to never mix the school journal/folder with your notes from class. That is a real stress bringer. Some of you might have different ways of doing this and that is great if it works for you. This is the way that works the best for me and I hope that it will help someone who might need a little help. Stress is not worth anyone’s time and should never be played with. So remember to take a deep breath and stay safe.
