happy birthday!!

Another very important part of celebrating a birthday is the cake. No cake, no birthday. Even if I have to eat all the cake by myself because no one can come by.
One of my favorite types of cakes to make is cupcakes. Easy to make and super tasty.

So I will, of course, share the one I use, which is super fluffy and tasty (and I make them more times then I should and eat them without sharing because I’m a foodie) and as said before, very easy to make.
I will let you all know that I use the Metric system, so if some of the measurements don’t make sense to you or you don’t understand why the oven is not even warm, that would be why.
So this is what you’ll need:
- 125g saltet butter (melted).
- 125g sugar.
- 125g flour.
- 2 eggs.
- ½ tsp vanilla extract.
- 50g milk.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
If that doesn’t look to be simple, I have no idea what will. You turn the oven to 200 degrees celsius and prepare the cupcake pan. n a small bowl, mix milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. In another bowl mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix everything in one bowl and pour it into the cupcake tins. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes. let them cool on a cooling rack and enjoy them all like there ain’t anyone else to share them with.
My birthday ain’t over yet, so time to figure out what else to do with my day and I might have just the right idea.

Happy Birthday. I hope you enjoyed your day even if it was a bit locked up 🙂

It took me some time figuring out the measurements, but those cupcakes are amazing! Please tell me more recipes are coming later on?
